Viewing Full Headers in OS X Mail - Macintosh

1. Highlight the e-mail message.
2. On the Message menu, click Show All Headers.
   
   Note: Full headers will appear in the message.
3. Find the From information and copy all the sender's information between the brackets <"sender's information">.
4. Create a rule using this address to delete messages from this particular sender.

Note: When reporting spam, copy and paste the entire header into the e-mail message you are sending to the provider. Do not copy any server address that contains “utexas.edu.” This may filter out legitimate mail.
