There are two classes that help you learn more about the basic and advanced features of SmartVoice.

SmartVoice - Basic Telephone Messaging - TX 201
This 45-minute class provides training on the accessing the SmartVoice voice messaging system using a telephone.
Course Objectives
To train faculty and staff on how to use the SmartVoice voice messaging system. Including subscribing, using smartvoice from a telephone, customizing your mailbox and various ways to create messages for delivery to Smartvoice subscribers.

SmartVoice - Advanced Features, Phone and Desktop - TX 202
This class will provide users with a review of the process of setting up their telephone with SmartVoice and walk users through setting up the client software. Advanced features such as managing the mailbox, creating and organizing voice greetings will also be covered.
Course Objectives
Objectives include setting up your voicemail, using FirstClass from the computer desktop to manage your messages; and working with Advanced features of FirstClass, including scheduled greetings.
