BACS Badge Administration - TX 223
Web-based application used by departments to manage access permissions to areas in their buildings controlled by access control devices (card readers). This class will cover the basics of adding and removing access on a proximity ID Card, as well as provide a general explanation of their building security system and how to troubleshoot problems.

After completing this course you should be able to manage card access, including adding and removing proximity card access; category definition..
Course Audience
People who manage access permissions to areas in their buildings controlled by access control devices (card readers). This class is available to all current Badge Administrators needing a refresher course. All new Badge Administrators must obtain explicit written authorization to attend the class and e-mail the authorization to bacshelp@its.utexas.edu.
