Why Can't I Sign Up for UMBS E-mail?
If you experience difficulty while signing up for UMBS e-mail, check your UT EID and password and make sure you have typed them correctly.
If you are a new student or a newly appointed faculty or staff member, your status may not yet be reflected in official records. The authorization database for UMBS e-mail is updated daily, but the data used to update it is supplied from other departments and may not always be current.
