Mail in Account Has Disappeared
If the messages in your inbox have suddenly disappeared, they have most likely been moved to a different location.
First, check the Trash or Deleted Items folder in your desktop email client or Webmail, if applicable. Also be sure to check that the messages haven't been inadvertedly removed due to a misconfigured junk mail or spam filter.
If you cannot find your messages, the most likely cause is that the messages have been downloaded to a computer. This can happen if you configured a desktop email client on a computer to use POP instead of IMAP.
