Governance

The vDesk Customer Steering Committee, which reports regularly to the IT Architecture and Infrastructure Committee, will provide direct customer input and guidance on the vDesk project.

Customer Steering Committee Charter

Comprised of leaders from each participating department, the vDesk Steering Committee provides oversight and plays an advisory role for the vDesk Virtual Desktops project. The committee monitors the project, reports on progress, and evaluates project outcomes, including the feasibility of vDesk as an enterprise service. The committee meets weekly or bi-weekly, depending on project needs. The committee reports findings and recommendations for the future of vDesk to the IT Architecture and Infrastructure Committee.
