Troubleshooting

• You received an Error Code 67: "There was an error sending your message: sendmail returned error code 67."
• You received an Error message: "COPY failed - no write permission or out of disk space." ERROR message.
• You renamed your saved-mail folder when prompted and it doesn't appear in your folders list.
• You can't see folders you know you have created.
• You receive a Secure Connection Error or a Security Certificate Error when accessing the Webmail site.
