Logging on to Webmail
Complete the following steps to log on to Webmail:
- From a Web browser, go to the Webmail login page (https://webmail.utexas.edu).
- From the Server pull-down menu, select the IMAP server for your e-mail account. For example, if you have a UMBS (mail.utexas.edu) account, select the mail.utexas.edu server.
- Enter your e-mail account username and password.
- If you are accessing Webmail off-campus from a domain that is not on the following list, the login screen will also require you to enter your UT EID and password:
- *.utexas.edu
- *.austin.res.rr.com
- *.austtx.swbell.net
- *.austtx.sbcglobal.net
- Click the Log in button. For successful logins, the Webmail welcome page displays.
