Adding Comments to Files and Folders

When you share a file with others, they may want to add comments to a file without actually changing or editing it, or add comments about what changes or edits they have made.

Adding Comments

  1. Right-click the appropriate file or folder.
  2. Select Manage, and then select Comments from the pop-up list.
  3. Enter the comment you want to add, and then click the Save Comment button.

Your comment will be added to the list, along with your name and the current date.
