I am using WebSpace from off-campus. Why does it seem slow?
The WebSpace network bandwidth policy limits the overall service bandwidth for off-campus usage. During peak hours, noon to 5 p.m., the service may seem slow if you are off-campus. You can use the diagnostic access to WebSpace and compare response time. If the service response time and download speed are faster, this is due to the off-campus bandwidth limits.
