Dining halls serve local produce

Every week the university buys farm fresh local goods to cook and serve to students, faculty and staff on campus. Go into the kitchen with Robert Mayberry, the Campus Executive Chef. Meet a fourth generation Texas farmer, and visit a thriving farmers market in downtown Austin to see how the community has embraced sustainable agriculture.
