    Know

    By Mason Jones
    Published: Dec. 2, 2009

Know is a new Web initiative geared toward providing you with a more immediate connection to how the university’s missions of teaching, research and service respond to and affect local, national and global concerns.

The Know concept is built on the university’s core mission of advancing knowledge. Carved in stone on the Main Building is: “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.”

The content for Know—aggregated from across the university—is fascinating and engaging and it features the voices of people from all of our colleges, schools and units.

Know replaces the OnCampus Web site, signaling the next step in our evolution to nimble Web communications dedicated to conversation and education.

Visit www.utexas.edu and be in the Know.
