    Expert Q&A on work stress with Chris McCarthy

    Learning to cope with anxiety at work is an ever-present challenge. Professor Chris McCarthy discusses the psychology of stress in the workplace and the body’s physical reaction to it. McCarthy also provides tips for dealing with difficult career changes.

      This information is very helpful to me personally. It puts a recent situation in a different light and helps me make some sense of it all by explaining the rationale behind some of the causes of workplace stress. Thank you! I'd be interested in any further reading you could recommend on the subject.

      That is a huge point about how people have so many choices for their careers and life-paths. Not knowing if one made the best choice can cause so much frustration and confusion.

      Excellent presentation. I also believe the media plays a huge role in creating additional stress on issues such as the economy, terrorism, unemployment, education, etc. as a means to increase and maintain viewer numbers.
