What an extraordinary event. My daughter will have great memories of this evening. Marsha Harden was great and the fireworks were awesome.

Regrettably, the '10' on the south face of the Tower was poorly executed. Some of the tower windows were dim and others quite bright so that there was not a clear and bright image. J P Grumbles Assistant to the Dean, retired College of Pharmacy

The PA system loop has been running for quite some time this afternoon. It is quite LOUD and unfortunately is very distracting to those of us needing to work in our offices this afternoon. I can understand a test run but this is ridiculous. For those of us in the six pack area of campus, please try to come up with a better system next year. Perhaps on Saturday morning instead?

Please make the PA system loop going on the South Mall stop! It is driving staff - who are at work today, as usual - insane. It is like torturous noise pollution. It has been going on for about two hours, and has gotten louder. What is the point of this? Why is it playing, loudly, on a loop, while all the offices in the six pack are still open and people are trying to work?
