    Freshmen step up in research realm

    The Freshman Research Initiative (FRI) offers first-year science students the opportunity to do cutting-edge, original, publishable research in chemistry, biochemistry, nanotechnology, molecular biology, physics, astronomy and computer science.

    In this video, biology student Holli Duhon describes her research with DNA and RNA sequences in the FRI program’s aptamer stream.
