Those are lovely stories! It's always interesting to see who's running an insitution and how it operates. Nadav
WOW! 4 OUT OF 11,000! UT AUSTIN REALLY IS AN AWESOME EMPLOYER!
Wondering why no administrative assistants/associates or custodians were interviewed. They seem to be the 2 largest staff groups on campus.
Really appreciate all the dedication given to run the University smoothly so students can concentrate in their studies.
Great stories.
I always maintained that UT runs on the good-will of the Staff. The Staff are the true backbone of The University! On the whole, they are hard-working, dedicated, professionals who try to do a good job and usually succeed, thus freeing the Faculty to teach and conduct research, and assisting the students to accomplish their goal of completing their degrees.
