Next-generation genome analysis technology enables biologist Christopher Sullivan to study how viruses replicate and cause tumors in new ways.
Sullivan is an assistant professor in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology. His lab studies how viruses interact with the host RNAi machineries to replicate, induce tumors, and cause pathogenesis.

Hi Christopher Sullivan, a good friend of mine suffered from cancer... though he was treated before it was too late but had to suffer many side-effects from it... This made me wonder how cancer can affect a healthy person..as in y tumors get formed.. Nice work.. I hope your research can conclusively prove the reason y cancerous tissues are formed inside body..
Nice equipment, I bet it was expensive. What happened to my worm project huh? Huh?
This is indeed wonderful! One day I hope we can all read that The University of Texas at Austin has found the cure for all forms of cancer!!
This is excellent work at UT, and it's refreshing to read about science! Christopher Sullivan, thank you for dedicating your life to helping others.
