    From telescope operators to piano tuners, The University of Texas at Austin recognizes the dedication of its staff during Staff Appreciation Week. Today we feature Charles Ball, head piano technician in the Butler School of Music. Ball reflects on a lifetime working with some of the finest instruments and some of the best pianists in the country.
