      Great research by Professor Greenberg and her team at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. Since graduating from the LBJ School back in the late 90's, I've been fascinated with how social media technology has evolved. I'm sure we'll see even more & more government entities start using these mediums to communicate with their constituents throughout the coming years.
