This is a very promising project which could profoundly influence the future lives of children in this age range. Please keep up the good work. I only wish programs of this significance could be expanded across many cities in Texas.

Isn't issuing citations in schools for minor infractions, also leading to the development of the school-to-prison pipeline? Aren't we teaching students at a young age that it's normal and acceptable to be issued citations? What happened to discipline within the schools? Haven't educators passed the buck for discipline to law enforcement?
