Description:The Human Capital Strategy Group continues its Speaker Series with Dr. Roberto Evaristo, manager at the 3M Knowledge Management Program Office. Evaristo will discuss knowledge management as an enabler of strategic human resources. Strategic knowledge mapping (SKM) is an innovative knowledge management methodology that addresses many human resources challenges by depicting the worldwide location as well the depth of knowledge in areas of organizational interest. This approach has been extensively and successfully used at 3M to advance opportunities and solve multiple problems.

Evaristo holds a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Minnesota and is currently a technical adviser on the board of Bush Brother & Company.
