Digital Humanities Symposium set
The Texas Institute for Literary and Textual Studies "The Digital and the Human(ities)" symposium series continues with two full days of events addressing the topics of access, authority and identity in relation to electronic mediation. Friday will begin with a roundtable discussion about the nature of the digital humanities, followed by panels addressing digital access, editorial process and social networks in academia. Speakers include Neil Fraistat, Nick Montfort, Kenneth Price, Martha Nell Smith, John Bryant, David Haeselin, Jim Brown and Pamela Ingleton.
