Description:Dr. Leticia Bonifaz Alonso (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, UNAM) speaks about same-sex marriage in Mexico City at the opening of "Familias Mexicanas/Mexican Families," a photographic series by Óscar Sánchez depicting the daily life and intimate spaces of gay, lesbian and transgender families in Mexico. This exhibition is supported by Queer Studies Cluster, Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies, Center for Latin American Visual Studies, Department of Spanish and Portuguese, FAB Gallery and FONCA.
