Submit an Event!

Description:This competition, established through the generosity of Dr. David O. Nilsson, is open to all undergraduate piano majors who will attend the Butler School of Music as undergraduates in the following academic year.
The winner will be chosen on two criteria: technical and artistic proficiency in playing the piano; and
the ability to give an engaging two-minute talk in English to introduce the music to be performed, with the aim of building a bridge between the performer and the audience.
