McCombs School VIP speaker is former CEO of Xerox
The McCombs Distinguished Speaker Series presents Anne Mulcahy, former CEO and chairwoman of Xerox Corp. Mulcahy served as the chief executive officer from May 2000 to July 2001. She was chosen CEO of the Year in 2008. She has served on the board of directors of Citigroup Finance Canada, Johnson & Johnson, the Washington Post Co., Catalyst Inc. and Target.

Mulcahy joined Xerox in 1976 as a sales representative and held various sales and senior management positions in marketing and operations. She was vice president of Human Resources, where she was responsible for compensation, benefits, human resource strategy, labor relations, management development and employee training from 1992 to 1995. She served as executive vice president of Xerox beginning in 1999 and as president of General Markets Operations from 1999 to May 2000, where she headed up the divisions that sold products through reseller, dealer and retail channels. Mulcahy served as the chair of the board of Xerox from 2002 to May 2010.
