CIE presents Adrian Gostick
Continuing and Innovative Education (CIE), in conjunction with Linkage, presents Adrian Gostick, "How One Great Team Can Transform an Entire Organization." Why do some business departments or groups achieve world-class results and others fall short? Gostick finds that breakthrough teams, while always including competent people, are not usually comprised of a preponderance of people with remarkable intelligence or unique expertise. Instead, world-class results largely result from what these teams do.
