Continuing and Innovative Education (CIE), in conjunction with Linkage, presents Adrian Gostick, "How One Great Team Can Transform an Entire Organization." Why do some business departments or groups achieve world-class results and others fall short? Gostick finds that breakthrough teams, while always including competent people, are not usually comprised of a preponderance of people with remarkable intelligence or unique expertise.
