Description:David Butler, professor in the Department of Geography of Texas State University, presents a research talk titled "Studies of Alpine Treeline in an Era of Climate Change." Butler provides an overview of ongoing research on the geography and ecology of alpine treeline, done primarily in Glacier National Park, Montana. Butler is the Texas State University System Regents' professor of geography.
