Description:
The Blackness & Media Project holds showcase
The Black Media Council (BMC) announces the 2nd annual Blackness and Media Project, an event showcasing the knowledge and talents of individuals of African heritage from the fields of media and performing arts (Black MediaArts). This full day of events builds upon the success of last year's event by highlighting global aspects of Blackness and the media. The first part of the event takes place from 1-4 p.m. on campus. The second part take places at the Carver Cultural Center from 6:30-9:30 p.m. with a reception to follow.
