September 28, 2011
Time:5-6:30 p.m.
Description:Attend a seminar on meditation (yoga of the mind). No prior experience necessary.

Meditation is the single most effective practice for regulating the mind, and through that our thought process. It is an effective and practical self-development tool that leads us from constant outer activity, beyond the possibilities offered by physical practices and theories, into our inner selves, where personal transformation happens in the inner silence of our heart.
