| Description: | Las Calacas is a Dia de los Muertos show featuring dance, music and a spoken word performance about the cultural significance of the holiday. Light refreshments served. Contact grupoflorycanto@yahoo.com for more information.
The show features the UT Conjunto Ensemble, Glashta and Ndeo and Grupo Flor y Canto. The festivities will include spoken word, live music, Afro-Mestizo dances (Yucatan and Costa Chica), as well as son jaliscience (zapateado that accompanies mariachi music).
