Dr. Tanya Clement presents "Sounding It Out: Modeling Aurality for Large-Scale Text Collection Analysis."
Increased access to large-scale text repositories invites larger questions about how humanities scholars can use such repositories in their research. This talk will discuss a use-case study in which Dr. Clement is using predictive modeling and visualization to examine clusters of sound and prosody patterns.
