| Description: | Poet Mark Strand, author of over a dozen prize-winning collections and former U.S. Poet Laureate, reads from his newest volume, "Almost Invisible."
In a career spanning five decades, Strand has received the poetry world's top honors, including a MacArthur Fellowship, the Pulitzer Prize (for "Blizzard of One") and the Bollingen Prize. He is, as well, the author of prose collections, essays, translations, childrens' books and art monographs. |
