| Description: | January is free admission month at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and features "Living Witness: Historic Trees of Texas," a photography exhibit by Ralph Yznaga. Exhibit closed Mondays.
The exhibit displays several dozen images of trees important to Texas history, their stories and the people connected with them. Yznaga spent four years traveling across diverse Texas terrain, capturing the historic landscape with his vintage camera. His images provide an enlightening historical account of Texas. The exhibit is on display in the McDermott Learning Center from Saturday, Jan. 7, through Sunday, Mar. 11. |
