Apply for the SCC Academic Improvement Scholarship
The Academic Improvement Scholarship sponsored by the Senate of College Councils rewards students who show significant improvement in academics despite performing poorly in previous academic years. See website for details. Email any questions to senateacademicimprovement@gmail.com.

Senate is proud to offer two $500 scholarships to two qualifying students each semester. To qualify for the scholarship, students must have had a GPA below 2.75 at least two semesters ago and have since improved their GPA from that former GPA. Applicants must have made significant improvements to their GPA and taken steps to to ensure they retain this academic success.

Applications must be submitted to senateacademicimprovement@gmail.com with an unofficial transcript included. An academic summary (which can be attained at the Registrar's office) must also be turned in to the Senate Office (SAC 2.102) at the front desk. A release form must also be signed in order to verify an applicant's academic performance.
