Description:A special Cajun Cultural Dinner will be held, featuring entertainment, activities and festivities celebrating Cajun culture.

Cajun recipes include cold Cajun jambalaya salad, vegan gumbo soup, chicken and sausage gumbo, Creole chicken, red beans and rice w/sausage, vegan jambalaya, fluffy rice, Creole spinach and artichoke, New Orleans style green beans, New Orleans smothered potatoes w/onions, jalapeno cornbread, king cake and bread pudding.
