Description:Jeanine Abrams McLean of the Department of Integrative Biology presents a talk titled "Contagion: How Emerging Infectious Diseases Threaten Amphibians Around the World," in which she explains why amphibians are disappearing faster than any other animals. Come early for activities and snacks.

McLean explores the threat of ranaviruses and chytrid fungi, two emerging pathogens that threaten Earth's spectacular amphibian diversity.
