Description:Tak Mak, director of The Campbell Family Institute for Breast Cancer Research at Princess Margaret Hospital, presents a talk titled "Cancer Metabolism: Back to the Future."

Mak is a pioneer in the field of cancer research, with seminal studies in the fields of immunology, apoptosis and cancer metabolism; he is considered by many one of this generation's great visionaries, leading the way in solving some of our most complex scientific problems.
