| Description: | Managing Change at Work provides participants with strategies for responding to organizational change. Participants will analyze a case study, become familiar with a process map and learn how to skillfully manage areas of direct responsibility. The lecture features Dr. Michael G. Hasler from the McCombs School of Business. Register for CW 414 Managing Change and CW 415 Managing Change Brown Bag Discussion in *TxClass to receive HRS CareerSmart credit.
