Description:Grupo Flor y Canto offers a workshop on the sevillanas, an Andalusian folk dance from Sevilla, Spain. Danced in pairs at festivals and fairs throughout southern Spain, it is often taught as an introduction to flamenco. Contact grupoflorycanto@yahoo.com to pre-register. This is not a ballroom dance style. Required: Dress shoes for men, heels for ladies. Recommended: Shoes with nails, flamenco skirt for ladies.
