Description:International energy lawyer Robert Amsterdam gives a talk titled "Geopolitics and Political Clans in Russia." Amsterdam, whose clients include the jailed Russian dissident Mikahil Khodorkovsky, provides an insider's view of the internecine battles among the Russian elite. This talk should be of particular interest to students and teachers of the social sciences, law, history, public policy and energy related studies.
