Tor and the censorship arms race discussed
Tor is a free-software anonymizing network that helps people around the world use the Internet in safety. In this talk, Roger Dingledine gives a brief overview of the Tor design and its diverse users before delving into the technical and social problems it presents. Dingledine is project leader, director and head of research for The Tor Project.
