The Honorable John F. Kerry, United States Senator from Massachusetts, presents a talk titled "The Rule of Law in World Affairs." Kerry discusses promoting the rule of law in the Middle East at a time of transition; Iran and the utility of multilateral sanctions; and the role of treaties in keeping Americans safe and our country secure.
