Award-winning memoirist Elva Treviño Hart lectures
Elva Treviño Hart reads from her work. Hart's award-winning memoir, "Barefoot Heart," has been widely praised for its unflinching portrayal of childhood in a migrant family. Her latest book, "Simpáticas: San Miguel Stories," is a collection of short fiction that observes the lives of wealthy American tourists through the eyes of their Mexican maids.
