Description:The experiences of Black/African American students on The University of Texas at Austin campus have recently been in the spotlight following incidents of racism in the wake of the Fisher v. Texas Supreme Court hearing on affirmative action. The case, along with the glass ceiling of 5% for admission of African American students, invites a thoughtful conversation about the past, present and future state of Blacks at UT.

Forum topics include:
- Campus Climate for African American students
- Fisher v. Texas case
- UT admissions and enrollment of African American students
- Black faculty/staff achievements & issues
- Black alumni past and present
- Why aren't there more Black graduate students at UT?
