Description:This course consists of a practical approach to both ASD (Allowable Stress Design) and LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor) design of wood members and connections. It is intended especially for engineers who are new to wood design, but also for those who have experience in wood design and desire a greater insight. The National Design Specification (NDS) and selected supplements will be used.
