Food, the City, and Innovation roundtable conference held
The Food Lab at UT presents the Food, the City, and Innovation roundtable conference, a two-day event designed to expand our understanding of the food system, help us think about the relationship of food to global urbanization and explore the potential for entrepreneurship and innovation to improve our food system in the future.
