Description:A special lecture on John Webster's "The Duchess of Malfi" kicks off the American Shakespeare Center's residency at the university. English professor Frank Whigham presents "Sexual and Social Mobility in 'The Duchess of Malfi'." The play is considered by many to be the greatest Renaissance tragedy not written by Shakespeare.
