"Protecting the Elderly in Texas" panel discussion slated
Marie-Therese Connolly, the second G. Rollie White Public Interest Scholar in Residence, facilitates a lunchtime panel on protecting the elderly in Texas. Connolly is the recent recipient of a MacArthur Foundation "genius" fellowship for her work to prevent elderly abuse. She is joined by Bruce P. Bower, Texas Legal Services Center; Dr. Catherine Hawes, Texas A&M School of Rural Public Health; and the Hon. Susan D. Reed, Bexar County Criminal District Attorney.
