Strauss Center for International Security and Law presents "Kennedy, Vietnam, and Audience Costs" with Marc Trachtenberg, Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles. Trachtenberg examines a variety of historical interpretations of President John F. Kennedy's Vietnam policy which in a discussion of audience costs theory.
