The Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law presents an International Security Speakers Series event with Dr. Sarah Kreps of Cornell University titled "Drones and Democratic Accountability."
Kreps is an assistant professor in the Department of Government at Cornell University, an adjunct professor at Cornell Law School and in 2013-2014 a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. She is the author of "Coalitions of Convenience: United States Military Interventions After the Cold War" (2011). She received her B.A. from Harvard University, her M.Sc. from Oxford University and her Ph.D. from Georgetown University.
